Paradigm II LLc. Is the legal name of the company, DBA JB Carpet & Upholstery Care, Ramona Mosby helps coordinate projects and can be referred to in the absence of James L. Bolden Jr. Our experience in managing large projects was tested in January 2004 a cold winter in Ft Riley Kansas. Our task was to put together a team that could effectively do the job, in winter like conditions. In all there were 30 employees needed to facilitate our client’s needs.
Tasks included in the Statement of Work requirements. These requirements to be met fulfilled our obligations. Time restraints were part of the requirements, we needed to plan all task to be completed in 3 days on smaller buildings and in 5 days on larger buildings. Through a team effort we not only completed task in an orderly manner our Quality Control ensured a rating of 96% based on performance.

The following references include cleaning of Barracks located in Fort Riley Kansas. In Fort Riley they began a massive remodeling of there Barracks. Paradigm II LLc was one of the cleaning contractors, this job required us to work with construction crews we also had time restrictions, to adhere to. Most building was between 28,000 sq ft and 46,000sq ft 3 days to clean smaller building 5 days to clean larger buildings. Our statement of work was very intense: Paradigm II completed all work with 96% ratings.

We provide all necessary management, personnel, materials, equipment, and the transportation necessary to clean building # 7044, 7230. We accomplish all cleaning task with 8 housekeepers and 4 floor janitors. For cleaning two Buildings, Carpets, Floors, Wall Ceilings and Latrines Clean and vacuum all Carpets. We also had the task of strip and waxing all tile Floors, Sweep and mop all concrete Floors. We have complied with all terms and conditions of the contract. This includes services completed in timely manner, which allowed us five days per building to have all task completed. We are registered in CCR database. Regarding section 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting (Dec 1996) Services (Except construction) 50% of cost of contract performance incurred for personnel will be expended for the employees of concern. 52.212.5 Contract Term and Conditions required implementing status or executive order- Commercial items (Jan 2004) we adhere to all requirements of terms and conditions. We accomplish all cleaning task with 22 housekeepers and 10 janitors. To clean 16 buildings on carpets, floors, wall ceilings and latrines. Clean and vacuum all Carpets. We also had the task of strip and waxing all tile floors, Sweep and mop all concrete all task completed. We are registered in CCR database. Bob Florence Contractor: Construction clean up remodel job, this project was completed in August 2007 this job was approximately 40,000 Square feet. Cleaning duties: Exterior interior window cleaning, wipe down bathrooms stalls, vacuuming, cleaning front lobby doors, applied sealer to VCT.
Ferrell Construction: New Construction, We completed this job in December of 2007 which we clean 28,000 sq ft type of facilities; Cotton O’ Neal Clinic. We completed cleaning of Windows, removed dust from cabinetry, Mopped floors, detailed bathrooms, Vacuumed carpet, clean baseboards, and removed dust from walls.

Ferrell Construction: Project located in Topeka, KS cleaned new addition to Stormont Vail hospital 100,000 sq. ft in October 2009.
Walton Construction: We competed cleaning of four new barracks being built located in Fort Riley Ks. This project was completed in Sept. 2009.
Alutiq We were hired to clean the Warrior Transition Buildings during January – February 2010 as you know these are known as our worst winter months. We were committed to working around other contractors’ schedules in order to meet the deadline.
MW Builders: We were awarded this job in June 2010 to clean barracks located in Fort Riley KS. We were able to complete this job with an above satisfaction rating. We completed task in 2 weeks building was inspected and approved by Army Core of Engineers. During this task we had to fix marks that plumbing contractors left on walls of bathtubs we worked diligently to analyze, diagnose problem, working with our supplier to fix the problem. We have a supplier that has many years of experience located close to the post near Fort Riley. Teaming with our company will give you the leading edge in whatever occurrences may happen, for we are teamed with the best.
Bristol Design Services: We were awarded this job in November 2010 we began work in December 20, 2010. We have currently finished the pre- final phase with a punch list that consist of cleaning up after the electricians have finished there punch list, removing dust from AC grill and cleaning registers and grills in women restroom. This building is 56,000 sq. ft which included cleaning of 900 lockers for the Police Military Battalion. Final inspection is for Monday Feb. 14, 2010 we also performed post construction clean up as well as final clean up we were paid hourly rate per employee for post construction clean up.
